the hotel is fairly clean and cute, offers particularly good location in the centre. the deluxe double room is beautiful and has an air conditioning, an iron, and a sitting area. the bathroom is good size, the beds are very comfy, the staff are helpful.

During my recent travel to Tulum, I had the opportunity to stay at Lagoon Boutique Hotel - Adults Only. Although my stay was brief, I appreciated two key features of this accommodation. its proximity to the nearest airport, which made it a convenient choice for my transit. The airport was just 66 km away from the hotel, allowing me to quickly reach my destination and continue my journey. Lagoon Boutique Hotel was also conveniently located near the Tulum Bus station, only 1.4 km away. This made it easy for me to access transportation and explore the surrounding areas.

I must mention that my experience at Lagoon Boutique Hotel was not entirely satisfactory. I noticed a minor negative aspect during my stay.

Incredibly beautiful place, nice base for longer stay. Delightfully helpful and very helpful staff and quick to respond. Large and fairly quiet room. Great-sized bathroom with a tub.

The environment was amazing, with beautiful colors and a pleasant aesthetic. the two pools were a highlight, especially the one designed like a cenote. the rooftop pool was also great for swimming. the service was friendly, with Maria going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We were able to rent bikes and enjoy a later check-out. the hotel provided a perfect stay and a fantastic pool experience.

There were a few negative aspects that detracted from our experience. the lack of staff presence at night was a bit concerning, especially when we encountered a snake in our room.

The room here was amazing; the location was convenient, close to restaurants, shops, and the city center.

Mind-blowing experience! Super welcoming and clean hotel, with beautifully designed rooms and amazing pools. The location is perfect, secluded yet close to town. The host was exceptional, always present and ready to help.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and absolutely loved it. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the rooms were beautifully designed. The hotel has two swimming pools, one of which is designed to look like a cenote, and the other is located on the rooftop. The service provided by the staff, especially Maria, was exceptional. They went above and beyond to fulfill our requests, even lending us a hair dryer and a frying pan. The hotel also has a kitchen for guests to use, and offers bike rentals for added convenience. We were so impressed with our stay that we cancelled our plans at another hotel and returned for an additional night. Thank you for the perfect stay and pool experience. We hope to see you again next year!

The room at Lagoon Boutique Hotel was amazing! It had a private bathroom with free toiletries and a shower that made me feel refreshed. The bed was cozy, and the seating area was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. Plus, having a kitchen equipped with a microwave was a game-changer for convenience. I loved every minute of my stay!

I found the lack of a bath in the room to be a bit disappointing. But hey, that's just my personal preference, and others might not mind it at all.
